I have been riding horses for over 20 years with trainers across the southeast. I have competed successfully in the hunters up to 3' and the jumpers up to 3'9" at A and AA shows since I was 8 years old.  I have also ridden and competed in dressage and western pleasure, but jumping is my true passion.  I was in 4-H in Mecklenburg County and showed through 4-H as well.  I went to North Carolina State University and received a degree in Animal Science Industry with an Equine Concentration. During that time, I coached the NC State Intercollegiate Equestrian Team.  I have worked with veterinarians and have the book knowledge to back up the training.  I love the challenge of a green horse and I take a lot of pride in training each to be an ideal mount for its respective discipline.
